I am available on hourly and project basis. I offer discounted rates for small BIPOC and LGBTQ+ led nonprofits. I offer one pro-bono slot annually, which is currently filled.
Base Rate: $100 hourly, available for projects of five or more hours or on an ongoing basis.
Upworks: $113 hourly
Discounted Rate: for BIPOC or LGBTQ+ led and staffed organizations with budgets of less than $100K: $90 hourly
Projects
Grant Kit including grant discovery, recommendations, calendar, and template language:Â $5,000
Customized organizational documents such as DEI policies, bylaws, or demographics collection forms: typically $1,000
Strategic Plan and annual work plans: Start at $5,000, dependent on organization's size, complexity and situation.
